• 論文抄録 / 内容記述: 本研究は，日本語語彙体系の結合価辞書を解析し，日本語における動詞交替の種類と頻度を定量的に分析することを目的とする．本論文では，交替によって選択制約が変わらないものと仮定し，格スロット間の選択制約を比較して動詞交替を検出する．検出手法としては，(）選択制約の単純なマッチング，(）バッキング・オフを許した選択制約のマッチング，そして(）バッキング・オフを許した「意味密度」，の3種類の解析法を提案する．

• 論文抄録(英) / 内容記述: We set out to empirically identify the range and frequency of basic verb alternation types in Japanese, through analysis of the Goi-Taikei Japanese pattern-based valency dictionary. This is achieved through comparison of the selectional preference case marker annotation on corresponding case slots, based on the assumption that selectional preferences are preserved under alternation. Three separate extraction. methods are considered, founded around: (1) simple match of selectional restrictions; (2) selectional restriction matching, with recourse to penalised backing-off; and (3) semantic density, again with recourse to backing-off.
