• 論文抄録 / 内容記述: 近年のＧＰＳ技術・携帯電話網の発展などにより 位置情報を利用したサービスは今後の展開が期待される.災害時に生存者情報の登録／検索を可能とするIAAシステムにおいては 被災者の安否情報・生存場所・連絡手段に関する情報の取得を主な目的としているが、被災時に本人や知人の確認場所を短時間に登録するのは非常に困難である.そこで 今回 au携帯端末を用いて自動的に登録場所の位置情報を追記するシステムの開発を行なった.au携帯端末のGPS位置情報に関する誤差制度については詳細な評価があまり見受けられない.本稿では 開発したシステムより位置情報データを取得分析してその詳細を明らかにするとともに それらのデータに基づき 本システムの有用性を示した.

• 論文抄録(英) / 内容記述: The improvement of mobile computing and rapid spread of cellular network make it possible to develop several services using location information. In IAA System which enables registration and reference of survivors' information when disaster occurs, it is very difficult for users to register the place information for a short time in an emergency. Then, we have developed a system, which adds location information automatically, using GPS. This paper reports evaluation results about the effect of this system and accuracy of location information.
