| 内容記述 | 動画や音声を扱う広帯域アプリケーションをインターネット上で扱うにはいくつかの問題がある．現在のベストエフォート方式では，連続性，即時性が必要とされる動画などのデータの安定した配送が行えないという問題がある．また，利用者が動画配送を行うために必要な，いつ，どこで，誰がといった動画を配信するために，あるいは受信するために必要な情報を利用者が知るための情報検索手段が確立されていないといった問題がある．そこで，本論文では，インターネット上で動画を利用したアプリケーションを利用する際に必要な，安定した動画の配送手法及び動画配信に関する情報の検索手法を議論し，新しい動画配信モデルの提案及び実装を行う．提案する動画配信モデルにより，動画配信に関する情報の取得から，安定した動画配信を行うための品質保証を一貫して行うことができる． | |||||||

| 内容記述 | There are some problems in using the broadband application of an animation or a sound on the Internet. By the present best-effort, there is a problem that delivery by which data, such as an animation for which a types is needed continuity and instancy, was stabilized cannot be performed. Moreover, there is a problem by which the information retrieval means for user knowing information required in order that a user may perform animation delivery is not established. Then, in this paper, in case the application that used, it argues about the delivery technique of the required stable animation, and the reference technique of the information about animation distribution model are performed. | |||||||
