• 論文抄録 / 内容記述: 政府が推進する e-Japan 計画の下、全国的に情報ハイウェイが構築され、山梨県でも2006年8月に情報ハイウェイが構築された。山梨県情報ハイウェイは全国で初めて、県が構築し民間が運営するという形が取られた。本稿では他県情報ハイウェイと山梨県情報ハイウェイの調査の結果から、現状をまとめると共に、山梨県情報ハイウェイの今後の展望について議論する。

• 論文抄録(英) / 内容記述: The information highway was constructed in a lot of prefectures in the make of the "e-Japan plan" that the Japanese government promotes. In such a flow, Yamanashi information highway was constructed in August, 2006. Yamanashi information highway was constructed by administrative and it was operated by a private enterprise. This method was the first attempt in Japan. In this paper, we survey about the information highways in Japan and we also discuss the future of Yamanashi information highway
