| 内容記述 | 鉄道においては，季節や曜日による小規模な変更はあるものの，総じて固定的なスケジュールに基づいた輸送サービスが提供されてきた。この方式には，運行計画の作成や伝達に要する労力が最小限で済むこと，日々ほとんど同じダイヤで列車が運行されるため，列車の時刻等が覚えやすいこと等，事業者・利用者双方にメリットがある。しかしながら，この方式は，利用者のデマンドに的確に応えた輸送計画を提供することができないため，車両・乗務員等のリソースの効率的使用，利用者の満足度の向上の両面において問題がある。本報告では，いわゆるIT を活用して，利用者のデマンドを反映した効率的で利便性の高い輸送を実現するために必要な技術開発項目に関する検討を行なう。 | |||||||

| 内容記述 | In railways, transportation service based on fixed train schedules has been traditionally provided. This approach has a couple of merits both for railway companies and users such as time and labors to make and transmit transportation schedules can be minimized and it is easy to memorize the train schedules. This approach, however, has defects as well. Some of them are; it is not possible to effectively use the resources such as crews and rolling stock, and it is quite difficult to meet the customers’ satisfaction, since schedules in which customers’ demands are considered are not always provided. In this paper, we examine the issues to realize an efficient and effective railway transportation reflecting customers’ demands by utilizing IT. | |||||||
