• 論文抄録 / 内容記述: 本稿では，生活者ITS“LIP”と要素技術について述べている．まず，システム創成論的ITSプラットフォーム論に関し，本稿での議論の基礎をなすITSの定義，第1種?第3種のITSプラットフォーム，そして具体的なITSプラットフォーム”EUPITS”を簡単に述べている．次に，ユビキタス時代のITSの本質と社会に受容性の高いシステム創成として，アウェアネス・エンハンスメントを述べ，システム創成経済活性化トライアングルを提唱している．さらに，生活者ITSプラットフォーム"LIP"の提案を行い，"LIP"のイメージとアーキテクチャを述べた後，"LIP"の機能を支える要素技術の考察として，携帯電話とPDA，RFIDタグとeメッセージタグ（RFメモリメッセージタグ），そして歩行者用M?CubITSについて考察している．

• 論文抄録(英) / 内容記述: This paper describes proposal and discussion of the liver ITS Platform (LIP) and its basic technologies. First, starting explanation of the systems innovation based ITS platform theory with a basic ITS definition, three categories of ITS platforms and the ITS Platform ”EUPITS” are mentioned. Second, considering the nature of ubiquitous age's ITS and acceptable innovative systems, "awareness enhancement" is mentioned, and "systems innovation economic activation triangle" is proposed. Third, the author proposes LIP, and shows its image and architecture. Finally, as its related issues, mobile phone terminals vs. PDA, RFID tags vs. e-Message tags (RF memory message tags), and M-CubITS for pedestrians are discussed.
