• 論文抄録 / 内容記述: 少子高齢社会の進展を背景として、高齢化、介護に関する様々な課題に対する注目が集まると共に、その課題の解決が強く求められている。本稿ではまず、介護福祉制度が「措置制度」から「介護保険制度」が移行したことにより、福祉介護情報の流通構造が大きく変化したことに着目し、その流通構造を分析する。この分析に基づき、福祉介護情報の整理・分類を行い、情報の流通に関わる関係者の多様化・複雑化への対応ならびに、要介護者と関係者間でのコミュニケーションや介護を円滑に進めていく上で必要となる要介護者のパーソナリティや日常生活の様子といったインフォーマルな情報の流通構造が欠如していることを課題として指摘し、その課題解決のために本稿では、特に様々なITスキル有する多様なユーザが、時間、場所、通信環境を問わず利用可能であること、また、文字情報に限らず音声、静止画、動画などの多様な形態のインフォーマル情報の流通構造を構築する必要があることという2点を福祉介護情報システムに求められる要求条件とした。そこで本稿では、モバイルマルチメディアを中心とした新たな福祉介護情報システムの構築に向けて、福祉介護情報システム用モバイルマルチメディアアプリケーション「ユビキタス・ホームケアノート」の提案を行うものである。また、今後のユビキタス情報社会における福祉情報システムの構築のありかについて提案を行う。

• 論文抄録(英) / 内容記述: The aging problem is discussed in the background of declining birthrate and a growing proportion of elderly people and solutions of the problem is strongly requested. It paid attention to the change in the information sharing structure of welfare and care in this text for the solution of the problem and analyzed the structure. The responses to the actors concerned who are related to information sharing to the diversification and lack of sharing structure of informal information are pointed out to problems based on this analysis. So the demand condition of the care information system is that the various users (They have various IT skills) can use it regardless of the time,the place and the telecommunications environment and construct the informal information sharing structure to use the multimedia technology. Then,It proposes mobile multimedia application for the care information system "Ubiquitous home care note" and directionality of care information system development in ubiquitous information society in this text.
