• 論文抄録 / 内容記述: 急激に発展した自動車交通の負の遺産として交通事故と共に環境汚染の問題がある。本論文では環境問題を取り上げ、地球温暖化の防止策として幅広い観点から EST (Environmentally Sustainable Transport) を主に広範囲な交還体系を前提とした解決方法を世界の動向を含め考察し、併せて ITS による課題解決の展望を示す。

• 論文抄録(英) / 内容記述: The problem of environmental pollution is a negative inheritance of the automobile traffic that develops rapidly with the traffic accident. Environmental problems are taken up, and the view of the problem solution by ITS is shown as a prevention plan of global warming in this thesis considering the method of settlement to which a chiefly wide-ranging traffic system is required including the trend of the world, and unifying EST (Environmentally Sustainable Transport) from a wide viewpoint.
