• 論文抄録 / 内容記述: Web2.0というキーワードで、新規ビジネスを検討している人が多いと思うが、それを－歩掘り下げて、新規ビジネスを技術経営的に評価する手法であるMOTの観点から検討する。先ず、MOTという用語の概念を過去の日本的経営における企業研究所における研究開発管理と対比させて当時から今日に至る状況の変化を概観する。その変化は、事業ライフサイクルの短命化、技術の多様化と統合化、業界分野の再編、多方面における競争の激化、情報の非公開化というような状況で特徴付けられる。最後に、以上のような変化がWeb2.0というキーワードで特徴付けられる今後のネットワーク社会で変貌してゆく状況を考察し、今後の展望を述べる。

• 論文抄録(英) / 内容記述: Though many people plan new businesses based on the key word of "Web2.0", its methodology is complicated because of the unclear keyword meaning. I tried to analyze the concept through MOT which evaluates the management of technology for new business development. First the concept of MOT is studied through the social change of the last two decades which includes shortened products life cycle, integration of wide-spread technologies, industrial reorganization, mega competition, access management, etc. Then Web2.0 is analyzed with social changes. Finally, the trend of net work society evolution characterized by Web2.0 is discussed.
