| 内容記述 | コンピュータ上でのユーザ間コミュニケーションの支援を行なうエージェントは，ユーザや他のエージェントからのメッセージに対して何らかの動作を行なう。オブジェクトとの類似から，エージェントのコミュニケーションにおける振舞いは，到来するメッセージに含まれる相手の要求と，保持する固有の内部状態から記述する方法が用いられている。このような枠組では，相手の身分や役割，あるいはそのときの話題に対応した振舞いを，明示的に記述するのが困難である。本稿では，コミュニケーションにおけるメッセージの受信側と送信側との関係に着目し，エージェントの立場を表す属性をエージェントに導入し，これをユーザを取り巻く組織の視点から設定することにより，より周囲の状況に対応した振舞いを実現する。 | |||||||

| 内容記述 | Agents supporting inter-user communication act on the reception of messages from the user or other agents. Agent's behaviour is specified in terms of the request included in the message and its internal state; but with this method, it's difficult to describe clearly the behaviour in relation to the status, role or topic. To overcome this problem, in this paper we introduce the concept of agent's attribute, which express the situation of an agent from the point of view of the relationship between the sender and receiver. We also propose to define the attribute from the view of the organization; by doing so the agent will select the most suitable behaviour according to the user's particular environment. | |||||||
