| 内容記述 | グループウェアの今後の開発方向を探るため、実会議の分析を行い、どのような形で計算機による支援が行われれば望ましいのかを検討した。本報告では初期的な検討結果として、実会議で遭遇するいくつかの問題点について分析した後、実会議がどのような方向に導かれるべきであるかを考察した。調査対象としたのは企業における意志決定型の会議であり、参加者総数は18名であった。そこに見いだされた問題点には、(）会議中発言しない参加者の存在、(）議論内容の不規則な変動、(）会議としては非本質的な社会的要因の影響、(）不明瞭な発言の存在、などがあった。こうした問題点に対して、グループウェアシステムが会議本来の目標、すなわち、(）議論を深めること、(）論点を明確にすること、(）効率を上げること、(）妥当な結論を得ること、などを実現するために、どのように対処し、支援を行なうべきかを検討した。併せて、日本の文化特有の行動パターンに深く根ざしているため、システムの導入に対して抵抗が予想される側面などについても考察した。 | |||||||

| 内容記述 | A research of the actual meeting was carried out for the purpose of obtaining the perspectives for the development of the groupware system, In this report, we first analysed several undesirable aspects that we encounter in the actual meeting, In the decision-making meeting with 18 participants, we found following undesirable points, 1. the existence of inactive participants, 2. irregular fluctuations of the topic, 3. the influence of non-essential social factors, 4. the treatment for unclear opinions. We then considered to which direction the actual meeting should be directed by introducing the groupware systems. The relation of such behavioral patterns with the Japanese culture is also discussed. | |||||||
