• 論文抄録 / 内容記述: インターネット利用者の増加にともない、IPネットワーク上で共通の趣味や話題を持った人々がリアルタイムにコミュニケーションを図る機会が益々増加してきている。また，近年のネットワーク料金の低下や定額化により，大容量コンテンツの流通が，一般インターネットユーザの間でも増加しており，その一つとしてインターネットを利用した映像配信が挙げられる。本稿では，IPネットワーク上での映像配信とチャットによるコミュニティを連携させることにより，IPネットワーク上でのコミュニティをより活性化させる方法を検討する。

• 論文抄録(英) / 内容記述: The number of Internet users is increasing. The chance that people who have the same hobby communicate each other in th IP network has increased. As network change decrease or becomes fixed, the numbers of Internet users who use mass contents are increasing. This paper describes a way of cooperation of picture delivery and chatting of a community.
