• 論文抄録 / 内容記述: 本研究は、異なる専門性を持つ人材間における協調作業を促進する目的で人材マッチングシステムを構築した。協調作業が開始されるまでのプロセスに注目し、そのプロセスを遂行する際に生じる障害を取り除く。実世界上の人間関係（人脈）を用いて、人材検索における自己情報の発信範囲を制限することで、自己情報コントロール権を確保しながらより高いマッチング率を実現する点が特徴である。

• 論文抄録(英) / 内容記述: The purpose of this research is promoting cooperative work between expertice people with different specialty. Paying attention to the process until the cooperative work is started, and removing the obstacles produced in its process. While securing self information control rights, a feature is the point that achieves a high matching rate. This is achieved by that in retrieving competent people, human relations on the real world are used and to restrict a dispatch range of self information.
