• 論文抄録 / 内容記述: 近年，学校教育とe-Learningの関わりが注目されつつある．著者らは，今後需要が高まると予測される小学校の児童を対象にしたe-Learningシステムの開発を試みてきた．本論文では，新しく開発した小学生向けデジタル絵本教材システムとその評価実験について述べる．評価実験は，閲覧システムを中心に使用すると想定した4～9歳の児童と，閲覧システム・作成システムの両方を使用すると想定した10～12歳の児童に着目して行った．その結果，英語経験の有無を問わず楽しく英語の絵本を読むことができることが確認できた．また，英語経験が無い児童が楽しく英語の絵本を作成できることが確認できた．

• 論文抄録(英) / 内容記述: Recently, the relation between school education and e-Learning is attracting attention. We have been developing e-Learning systems for elementary school students, because there is a prediction that the demand for such systems will increase in the near future. This paper introduces a digital picture-book system for elementary school student’s linguistic study, and describes the experimental evaluation of the system. In this evaluation, we paid attention to two categories of children: the age of four or nine, and the age of ten or twelve. In our assumption, the former would use the browsing function mainly, while the latter would use both the browsing function and the authoring function. The result indicates that the children enjoyed reading English picture-books whether they had experienced English or not, and that even the children without such experiences enjoyed creating English picture-books.
