• 論文抄録 / 内容記述: 近年、1日に扱う電子メールがますます多量になってきているとともに、コンピュータの性能向上により、電子メールの利用形態の変化も見受けられる。すなわち、受信して対応する処理が終わった電子メールを削除せずにメールボックス中に保存しておくことで、それらをテンプレートとして利用したり、作業記録として活用したりといった利用形態が見られるようになった。我々は、このような利用形態を電子メールの高度利用と呼ぶ。これまでのメーラーには、単純なソートや、フォルダリング、検索といった機能が提供されているだけである。そこで、本稿では電子メールの高度利用支援を目的とした電子メールコミュニケーション視覚化ツールを提案する。

• 論文抄録(英) / 内容記述: The number of E-mail treated in a day has increased more and more, and the performance of the computer has improved, too. Along with these, the form of use of E-mail has changed. It became easy to leave without deleting the E-mail after the processing of E-mail had ended. Therefore, we came to be able to have the mailbox where a large amount of E-mail had been preserved. And then we can use the E-mail in the mailbox as work record, and mail template. We call these advanced use of E-mail. However, current mailer doesn't have an enough function for that. In this paper, we propose an information visualization tool for that.
