| 内容記述 | 映像コンテンツを様々な伝送環境と要求に応じて配信するための階層符号化機能を実現する動画像符号変換方式が研究されている．本稿では，その拡張として，狭帯域環境下でも受信側が注目する部分領域に多くの符号量を割り当てることで高精細化を行い，受信側の要求を満足するための動画像符号化方式について検討する．まず，動画像の情報を基本的な画質を与える基本階層と，画質を向上させるための高位階層に分ける階層映像符号化方式の概要を述べ，部分領域高精細化の工程について述べる．次に，本提案方式実現のため，符号量割り当てアルゴリズムの説明をして，階層化手法について述べる．最後に，シミュレーション実験を通して，本提案方式の有効性を示す． | |||||||

| 内容記述 | We research a video coding convert algorithm which realize the layered coding in order to distribute the video contents according to various transmission environments and the requirements of the receiver. In this paper, we propose the new extension coding method for satisfying the requirement of the receiver by assigning many codes into the selected area and clearing the image under the narrowband condition. Firstly, we discuss about the multi-layered scalable coding method and the new coding method concept. Secondly, we discuss about some architectures to realize this feature and explain the code-assignment algorithm and the layering method. Finally, we show the effectiveness of our method by the simulation results. | |||||||
