• 論文抄録 / 内容記述: 近年、情報の表現や伝達といった人間同士のコミュニケーションに、計算機ツールが利用される機会が増大している。このようなツールを構築するためには、コミュニケーションに関する知識を活用することが必要である。また、マンマシン系の研究においてもコミュニケーションという観点が重要になってきており、円滑な対話を行なうためにもコミュニケーションに関する知識が不可欠であることが認識されつつある。本稿では、上記の視点からコミュニケーション行動に関する知識の体系化の必要性について述べ、体系化の端緒としてコミュニケーションに関するルールの分類軸について検討する。

• 論文抄録(英) / 内容記述: Recently; the computer tools used to support human communication have been developed. In order to develop useful tools, it is necessary to make the most of the knowledge relating to human communication. Such knowledge has been also regarded as importance in the research field of man-machine interface. In this paper, the necessity of the systematization of the knowledge relating to human communucation is pointed out. In addition, the classification of the knowledge is discussed as the starting point of the systematization.
