• 論文抄録 / 内容記述: ネットワーク型社会に即した企業ともいえる職務および業務分散型企業へ成長する可能性のああ企業を取り上げ、その企業における情報システムのおり方について述べる。まず、事例としての企業の事業向容を紹介し、その企業の業務と機能および組織の現状を分析する。そして、自律分散型企業の情報システムとして重要なことは、単に情報を共有するということではなく、業務機能の調整をするための情報が提供されることであることを議論する。

• 論文抄録(英) / 内容記述: In this paper describe a concept of the business information system of the networked company. First, the business content of a model company is introduced, and the present status of operations, functions, and organization in that company are analyzed. Finally, this paper discusses that the important things to the information system of the networked company is to share not only business information, but also the information for coordinating business functions.
