• 論文抄録 / 内容記述: 岩手県では，情報環境の整備を目指す「いわて情報ハイウェイ計画」を推進し，高度情報化施策に先進的に取り組んでいる．これに伴い，行政機関，民間企業，研究機関等のホームページでは，ディジタル地図を用いて質の高い地域情報(防災，観光，気象等)の提供を進めている．本研究では，今後需要が高まることが期待されるディジタル地図コンテンツを共有するためのクリアリングハウス(地理的情報の流通機構)の構築を目指している．本研究の目指すクリアリングハウスでは，ディジタル地図コンテンツの所在，記載情報をメタデータとして管理し，誰が，いつ，どの地域の，どんな情報を，どのような目的で提供しているのか，どのように利用できるのかという視点からメタデータ検索サービスを提供する．本稿では，クリアリングハウスの実現と運用方法について述べる．

• 論文抄録(英) / 内容記述: In Iwate Prefecture, the government is promoting Iwate information highway plan that aims at information network infrastructure, and regional information society. With the expansion of information network, many homepages by administrations, private enterprises, and research organizations, etc, will offer high quality local information (disaster prevention, sightseeing, weather, etc.) using digital maps. Our goal is construction of a clearinghouse for sharing local digital map contents (homepages). The clearinghouse manages metadata that is described the whereabouts and detail of digital map contents, and offers metadata retrieve service. Clearinghouse's user can retrieve metadata with respect to 5W1H requests (who, when, where, what, why, how). In this paper, we describe the realization and management method of the clearinghouse for sharing local digital map contents.
