• 論文抄録 / 内容記述: 契約書等の文書の中の、契約書条文のテキストやその書式と、後日に検索対象となる可変データ項目を分離し、前者をXSLTとCSSで、後者をXMLで表現し、後者をデータベースに入力・保存し、後者を前者によって所定の書式に変換し、印刷する方式を考案した。このプロトタイプの開発により、文書作成を容易化し、文書管理に必要なデータベースの膨大なスペースを削減し、かつ字の大きさ、太さ、形、色、行間等の異なる多様な契約書類の生成が可能となることを検証した。このようなシステムを導入して企業・官公庁の文書の作成・管理上の省力化、コスト削減を提案するものである。

• 論文抄録(英) / 内容記述: We have recognized that (1)the fixed contents and their format and (2) the variable data items in a document can be separated, representing the former in XSL and the latter in XML, and that the complete document can be created and printed by applying (1) the XSLT and CSS style sheets to (2) the XML data. A prototype has been built to verify that this approach substantially facilitates the creation of such documents as lease contracts, and that this largely reduces the space required to store documents in databases. It is proposed that such a system is introduced us a practical method in enterprise to reduce labor and cost to create and manage documents each of which contain some variable items in predetermined text.
