• 論文抄録 / 内容記述: 近年、企業や顧客において価値に対する考え方に変化が生じてきている。企業は製品やサービスの価値を高めることに加え、企業自体の価値を高めるための様々な取り組みをしている。本稿では、企業の価値を高めるために活用される、日本経営品質賞のクライテリアをITコンサルティング事業に適用し、アセスメントの有効性とアセスメントを実施する上での課題を検討した。受査組織が取り組む改善と２度のアセスメント結果の分析により、アセスメントの有効性を確認し、また、改善の取り組みとアセスメントに関する課題を明らかにした。

• 論文抄録(英) / 内容記述: There has been a change of an idea that the value of a company. A company should do more than creating good products and services to be valued. Japan Quality Award(JQA) and its criteria offers methodology of evaluating a company, and the criteria is applicable for IT consulting firms. This is an example of how we can apply JQA assessment for IT consulting firms and contribute their increasing company value. We appreciate it if you recognize the effectiveness and issue of the JQA assessment applying IT consulting firms as we tried it our organization twice.
