| 内容記述 | An efficient method for describing visible regions by their boundaries is presented. For given solid models and a viewer's direction this method obtains the description of visible regions in the following steps: (1) Partition the projection plane into visible regions. (2) Find the face which each region belongs to. (3) Determine the relationships among the regions in each face. The obtained description of visible regions is useful for model-matching in order to recognize 3D objects. | |||||||
