• 論文抄録 / 内容記述: コンピュータアニメーションにおいて広く用いられている3次スプライン関数上に、任意の規則で生成された相対距離をもつサンプル点列を配置する一手法について提案する。提案手法は大別して二つの部分から成る。すなわち、まずサンプル点列の各点の相対的位置を指定し、次に、得られる相対的位置関係に基づいてサンプル点列を3次スプライン関数上に実現する。これら二つのステップのアルゴリズムを与えるとともに、3次スプライン補間関数上で物体の動きをシミュレーションするためのサンプル点列を提示してその有用性を示す。

• 論文抄録(英) / 内容記述: This paper proposes a method to locate sample points on cubic spline interpolants, which have been widely used in the field of computer animation. The proposal consists of two parts: (i) to specify the relative position of the resulting sample point sequence depending on the prescribed rule, and (ii) to generate sample point saquence based on the relative position on the cubic spline interpolant. For demonstration, several examples are given which simulate movement of an object along the spline interpolant.
