• 論文抄録 / 内容記述: 文章作成における計算機支援には、2つの考え方がある。1つは、人が作業をしやすい環境を計算機が提供するというものである。もう1つは、人間がなんらかの情報を計算機に与えると、自動的に文章を組み立て出力するという、文章の自動作成である。我々は、KJ法を参考に設計したカード操作エディタPAN/KJに、文章を入力するためのエディタ機能を付加した。この機能はCRTと手元の資料との間で首を振る動作を抑えるように設計され、図と文章を同時に1つのCRTに表示する。また、PAN/KJにおける文章作成の自動化をめざし、図解中のカードの位置関係では左上から右下に、因果関係の示される場合には、原因・結果の順に文章化するアルゴリズムを提案した。

• 論文抄録(英) / 内容記述: The usage of computers in a text processing supporting system may be divided into two categories. One is the case that computers supply a user friendly environment for humans to use as tools in text processing. Here, we added a text processing window in the same screen as the card handling window of PAN/KJ so as to reduce the movement of the eyes and neck during the processing session. The other case is that computers automatically generate text according to the information provided by users. We proposed an automatic text generating algorithm that processes cards in the "up-to-down and left-to-right" order according to the position of cards in the chart. For cards that possess cause-effect relations, "cause-to-effect" ordering is used.
