• 論文抄録 / 内容記述: 計算機支援による人間の記憶、思考能力の増幅を目的としたマルチメディア情報の蓄積、利用、共有、伝達を実現するための基盤技術としてハイバーメディアが注目を集めている。しかし、真に人間の思考能力を増幅し、人間と計算機の高度な知的協調を実現するためには、知識処理技術との融合が重要となる。我々は、オープンな分散環境における従来の資産を利用・操作するためUNIXのファイルおよびファイル中に格納されたオブジェクトをノードとし、プログラムスクリプトによりオブジェクトを操作する方式を用いたハイパーメディアシステムを構築し、知識処理との融合を目的として、このシステム上でオブジェクト指向論理型言語に基づくスクリプティング環境を実現した。そして、知的ハイパーメディアの応用例として知的観光ガイドシステムを試作したので、これらについて報告する。

• 論文抄録(英) / 内容記述: As a basic computer technology of accumulating, utilizing, sharing, and communicating with multimedia information to amplify the power of human brain, hypermedia receives much attention now. But combination with knowledge processing is very important to increase human ability and achieve an intelligent man-machine cooperation. Under the open and distributed environment of UNIX, we developed a hypermedia system that stores objects in UNIX files and manipulates them by program script, and an interpreter based on ESP, an object oriented logic programming language that integrates knowledge processing with multimedia system. As an example of integration of these functions, we also developed an intelligent travel guide system.
