| 内容記述 | ディレクタの指示に基づきオペレータが機器操作する遠隔協同故障診断シミュレーションゲームにおいて、オペレータの機器操作画面映像をディレクタが共有することによる効果を問題解決方策との関連で分析した。映像メディアは（）オペレータの操作状況をディレクタが把握でき複雑な操作の音声による指示が容易になる、（）ディレクタが探索情報を視覚で取得できオペレータの発話時間の削減になる、の2点で効果があった。しかし、音声のみで最適に実施できる容易な探索方策の場合は（）による所要時間の削減度合が小さく効果が小さい、ディレクタに伝える情報が多い方策では（）に伴うディレクタの視覚的負担が効率を悪化させる場合がある、不規則な探索を伴う方策の場合は（）の効果が顕著に現れて大幅に効率が改善されるなど、方策によってその効果は異なることが明らかになった。 | |||||||

| 内容記述 | Experiments were conducted using a distributed trouble diagnosis simulation game, in which a novice operator followed exact directions given from an expert sitting in another room. The main interest of this study was to clarify the relationship between effect of display sharing (as compared to use of telephone) and problem solving strategies given in such context. Results indicated that (1) the strategy, in which an expert diagnoses according to novice's optimum operations using telephone only, lessens the effect of visual display sharing; (2) the strategy, in which an expert tries to obtain a lot of a novice's information through visual display, decreases task efficiency; (3) the strategy, in which an expert gives complex directions, improves task performance. | |||||||
