• 論文抄録 / 内容記述: 協同作業における現場でのコミュニケーション評価方法は未だ確立していない。コミュニケーション評価が難しい理由の一つは、その多義性と定量的測定の難しさにある。前回コミュニケーションの要素である「交わり」「伝達」のバランスを測定する質問紙について報告した。今回は質問紙の結果を個人間のミクロな評価とプロジェクト全体のマクロな評価にまとめる方法について報告する。マクロな評価では顔の表情を用いてコミュニケーション量や人間関係の雰囲気を直観的に表現している。この評価方法を2つのソフトウェア開発プロジェクトに実施した結果について述べた後、評価方法について考察する。

• 論文抄録(英) / 内容記述: We propose the method for analysis and diagnosis on informal communication in a software development project. We propose two aspects of communication, companionship and information transmission and 5 types communication based on them. Using the framework, we make a questionnaire and the visualization procedure of the result. By this method, we can diagnose communication problems in a project from two standpoints of individual evaluations and the whole evaluation. We practice the questionnaire to two projects and examine the validity of this method.
