• 論文抄録 / 内容記述: 金融相談端末上の相談業務を音声対話を理解することで知的に支援する実験システムを構築した。知識の少ないオペレータでも本システムの提供する知識を元にスムーズな対話を実現でき、サービス品質を維持できることを目的としている。本稿では、まず即時対話支援の位置づけを明らかにし、金融相談業務への適用の有効法を提案する。さらに具体的な実験システムの構成について述べる。

• 論文抄録(英) / 内容記述: An experimental system was built which supports financial consultation performed on a consultation terminal by understanding spoken dialogue. The system enables operators to consult with clients smoothly based on information provided by the system and keeps high quality of the service. In the paper, the support function for real-time dialogue is defined and applicability to financial consultation service is discussed. Then the experimental consultation system and its preliminary experiment are explained.
