• 論文抄録 / 内容記述: 近年，大規模で汎用性をもった情報通信システムの構築の需要が高まっている．このため，コンピュータを操作しないユーザをも考慮したネットワークシステム，すなわち情報ユーザのための情報基盤（HII:Human Information Infrastructureと呼ぶ）を構築することが必要になる．本稿では，HII構築のための参照モデルとして情報通信システムの階層構造モデルを提案する．モデルは，情報通信システムをマシンだけでなく人やサービスを含むものとして捉え，人間の役割に注目して情報通信システムの機能を階層化している．さらに，コンピュータ・ネットワーク設計への応用法とエージェント研究への応用法を検討し，本モデルの有効性を示す．

• 論文抄録(英) / 内容記述: The planning of the multi-purpose large-scaled network systems has been in demand in recent years. In this sense it is needed to construct "Human Information Infrastructure" for information users, including the users who are not familiar with the computer operation. In this paper we propose a hierarchical model of the information network systems as the referential model for constructing Human Information Infrastructure. We describe the hierachical model, based on the role of the people who support the systems since we believe that people and information service are essential for specifying the equipments of the network systems. We will also consider the effectiveness of the model, applying it to the design of the computer network and the study of the human agent systems.
