• 論文抄録 / 内容記述: 社会の情報インフラとのネットワーク化が想定される家庭の機器群を活用したサービスを開発するにあたり、使用者がその情報を扱う家庭用情報端末の開発が必須であり、それに求められる要件として以下の点が挙げられる。・家庭の情報を簡便に扱える統一されたユーザインタフェース・家庭で使われる機器の情報を扱えるしくみの実装 これらの要件を満たすことを目的とし、生活研究的アプローチから日常の家庭生活において情報を扱う形態として中心となる「メモ」に着目し、その作成や保管の行為に基づくユーザインタフェースを特徴とするとともに、メモに機能を持たせて、情報にまつわる生活行為を支援したり、サービスを受けられるようにした家庭用情報端末のソフトウェアを試作した。

• 論文抄録(英) / 内容記述: We are attempting to create new services making use of the broad band infrastructure and home appliances, which are expected to be linked by domestic network in the near future. Development of information terminals appropriate for domestic use must be realized first, and the following has to be taken into consideration along with it. ・standardized user interface to use domestic information easily ・Data structure which controls home appliances We set the goal to achieve the two things mentioned above, and from life style research approach, we pay special attention to 'memo' which is the central action dealing with information in our daily lives. This software is characterized with the user interface developed on the basis of creating memo and saving them. Useful functions are also added to 'memo' and the software was produced to receive service and support daily information activities.
