• 論文抄録 / 内容記述: 本研究では，著者が10年来開発してきた，世界的に類を見ない，人間そっくりの顔を有し表情を表出する顔表情ロボットを用い，バーバル機能（音声）とノンバーバル機能（多様な表情，視線，首動作）を融合して，人間同士のような自然で情緒豊かなコミュニケーションの実現を目指している．現在までに，音声認識，発話，顔表情，うなづきを実装した受付システムを開発して実際に大学の受付常務を行っており，このようなリアルなシステムの印象評価・有用性評価を進めている．

• 論文抄録(英) / 内容記述: The purpose of this study is to develop the interactive communication system which can communicate with human beings in the natural manner. Verbal and nonverbal information are/or function should be possessed for such kind of system. In terms of verbal information, voice dialogue system is implemented and for nonverbal communication, human-like facial expression and nodding are implemented on our system. As an example for practical use and evaluating the efficiency of being real, receptionist system for our university has been developed. Impression estimation test is now undertaking.
