• 論文抄録 / 内容記述: 開放型システム間相互接続(OSI)のための管理プロトコルの標準化がISOで進められている。この標準化の目的は，異なるシステムからなるマルチベンダー・ネットワークの環境において，ネットワークセンタの管理アプリケーションがこのネットワークの通信リソースを制御，監視，調整するための標準プロトコルを開発することである。またこの標準プロトコルは，ユーザー・ネットワークやVAN等の，複数の独立したネットワークを相互に接続する場合に，これらの相互接続の管理を可能にする。この本報告では，これらOSI管理の現在の標準化動向とその問題点について述べる。また長期的な観点から，OSI管理標準化の課題について述べる。

• 論文抄録(英) / 内容記述: The standardization of network management protocol for Open Systems Interconnections (OSI) has been promoted by Working Group 4 of ISO/TC97/SC21. The goal of the group is to develop protocol standards which enable management applications at a Network Center to contol, monitor and coodinate communication resources in a multi-vendor network environment. It should also enable two or more independent networks to interconnect those networks, and manage the interconnections. This paper reports the current status and the issues in the work of the OSI Management standardization. It also presents some perspective on the standardization in a long range goals.
