• 論文抄録 / 内容記述: コンテンツ発信者がそのコンテンツ登録・流通を制御できるようなポータルシステムの構成方法について提案する。本システムでは発信者がコンテンツの登録だけでなく，その更新や削除も明示的に制御ができ，またコンテンツの公開レベルや検索のための属性を設定し編集が可能という特長を持つ。本稿ではこのポータルシステムの機能について説明し，開発したプロトタイプの設計と実装について述べる。

• 論文抄録(英) / 内容記述: In this paper, we propose a portal system that makes it possible to publish contents based on author's control. The feature of this system is to control of access level, registration, deletion and modifivation of contents and to edit attribute of contents by the author. We describe the requirements for this portal system and explain the functionality. We present our prototype of this system.
