• 論文抄録 / 内容記述: 本論文では，高さHの完全K分木型ピラミッド組織構造に対して，異なる階層の2人のメンバー間にリエゾンを配置するモデルを提案する．そこでは，リエゾン頂点を深さMの頂点およびその子孫である深さNの頂点と隣接化させる場合に，総頂点間短縮経路長（全頂点対の最短経路の短縮長さの総和）を最大にする頂点深さの対(M N)^*を求める．その結果，K=2のとき，H=3 4 5 6ならば(M N)^* = (0 3)，H=7 8 ...ならば(M N)^* = (0 5)であることが，また，K=3 4 ...のときは，Hに関係なく(M N)^* = (0 3)であることが示される．

• 論文抄録(英) / 内容記述: This paper proposes a model of placing a liaison which forms relations to two members of a different level in a pyramid organization structure which is a complete K-ary tree of height H. When the liaison node gets adjacent to a node with a depth M and its descendant with a depth N, an optimal pair of depth (M,N)^* is obtained by maximizing the total shortening path length which is the sum of shortening lengths of shortest paths between every pair of all nodes. It is shown that (M,N)^*=(0,3) for H=3,4,5,6 and (M,N)^*=(0,5) for H=7,8,... when K=2 and (M,N)^*=(0,3) when K=3,4,....
