• 論文抄録 / 内容記述: 組合せ回路における多重短絡故障の診断法を提案する，本手法では，外部出カでの観測値が正当化されるまでプローブと含意を繰返すことにより回路内部の信号線の値を決定し，その結果から故障箇所の推定をする．予備実験の結果は，全信号線の1%?25%程度をプローブすることにより短絡箇所のほとんどを指摘することができることを示している．

• 論文抄録(英) / 内容記述: We propose a method of diagnosing multiple bridging faults in combinational circuits. In this method, the internal net values are determined by alternations of probing and forward implecations until the observed values at the primary out puts are justified. From the result, the faulty nets are deduced. Experimental results show that the frault locations are almost completely identified by probing 1%-25% of the nets.
