• 論文抄録 / 内容記述: 組込みシステムは，日本の産業競争力を担う重要な存在である．組込みソフトウェア管理者・技術者育成研究会（Sciety of Embedded Software Skill Acquisition for managers and Engineers:SESSAME）は，組込みシステムを競争力のキーにするという理念のもと，中級以上の技術者や管理者を10万人育成する基盤を構築していく．これまでメーリングリストや会合での議論，ワーキンググループでの活動を基に，知識体系や用語集，文献ポインタ集，入門者向けテキストを開発し公開した．またセミナーやワークショップの開催を通じて，広く現場の技術者や管理者の育成に寄与している．

The Society of Embedded Software Skill Acquisition for Managers and Engineers:SESSAME establishes a basis for fostering 100,000 middle-skilled engineers and managers of embedded systems. SESSME developed and released body knowledge, expositions, references, for further study, textbook for beginners. We also contribute practical education, learning and traning for engineers and managers on embedded systems.
