| 内容記述 | 組織が情報セキュリティインシデントを把握する手段として，従業員から上司・システム部門への報告行動がある．従業員の報告行動の有用性については，医療分野等において，研究が進められている．本研究では，医療分野等における先行研究にて明らかとなった従業員の報告行動を阻害・促進する要因を踏まえ，情報セキュリティインシデントに関する報告行動を阻害・促進する要因についてアンケートを用いて明らかにし，報告行動を促すための知見を得ることを目的に調査をする | |||||||||

| 内容記述 | One of the ways for an organization to recognize an information security incident is the reporting behavior of employees to their supervisors and system departments. The usefulness of employee reporting behavior has been studied in the field of medicine and other fields. In this study, based on the factors that inhibit or promote the re-porting behavior of employees identified in previous studies in the medical and other fields, we investigate the factors that inhibit or promote the reporting behavior of information security incidents by using a questionnaire to obtain knowledge that promotes the reporting behavior. | |||||||||
