| 内容記述 | 日本の近年の自然災害時では高齢者の死亡率が多い．しかし，高齢者の住む地域や性別，被災経験などによる，災害時における情報入手手段の違いや，自然災害に対する認識や不安感の違いは明らかにされていない．本研究では，どのような地域に住む高齢者も，常に ICT により情報を受配信できる状況にあるか，さらに，どのような高齢者が自然災害に対する不安を感じるのかを問題提起とした．調査は，全国の 70 歳以上の被災経験者を 50 名，未経験者 50 名を対象としたインターネットリサーチを用いた．収集したデータは，t 検定，重回帰分析により，携帯電話，スマートフォンの携帯・非携帯率は都市，地方の居住に差異がないこと，自然災害への不安感は，被災経験者と，未経験者の間に有意差があることが確認できた．さらに，男性に比べて女性が，不安感を感じていることも明らかになった．この分析結果より，地方自治体と連携した，高齢者の災害対応力の強化案を議論する． | |||||||||

| 内容記述 | In recent natural disasters in Japan, the elderly have experienced a high mortality rate. However, differences in the means of access to information in times of disaster and differences in perceptions and anxiety about natural disasters have not been clarified, depending on the region where the elderly live, their gender, and their experience of disaster. This study aimed to find out whether older people living in any area are always able to receive and distribute information by ICT, and which older people feel anxious about natural disasters. Internet research was used to survey 50 people aged 70 years or older nationwide who ha d experienced a disaster and 50 people who had not. The collected data were subjected to t-tests and multiple regression analysis, which confirmed that there was no difference between urban and rural dwellers in the mobile phone and smartphone carrying/non-carrying rates, and that there was a significant difference in the sense of anxiety about natural disasters between those who had experienced a natural disaster and those who had not. Furthermore, it was found that women felt more anxious than men. Based on the results of this analysis, a proposal to strengthen the disaster preparedness of the elderly in cooperation with local authorities is discussed. | |||||||||
