• 論文抄録 / 内容記述: 近年，グローバルの金融サービス部門を中心に，オペレーショナル・レジリエンスが重要視されている．本稿では，オペレジについて法制化した EU のデジタルオペレーショナルレジリエンス法 (DORA) について整理するとともに，特に ICT サードパーティ事業者に対する規制内容に焦点を当てて分析を行い，グローバル及び日本への影響について考察する．

This paper summarises the EU Digital Operational Resilience Act (DORA), which legislates on operational resilience, and analyses it with a particular focus on its regulatory content for ICT third-party operators, and considers its impact globally and in Japan.
