• 論文抄録 / 内容記述: 2019 年にミリ波を利用した Local5G の制度化が行われ，様々な実証実験が実行された．コストや品質面の影響で大きな幻滅期を経験したが，導入を検討する企業が増えており，啓発期に突入している．啓発期突入の理由として，人材不足等からなる DX の実行が命題となった事で，これを支える無線インフラとしての期待をする企業が多い事が挙げられる．一方，移動体通信は，他の無線技術と比べて複雑である事と法令に則った運用が必須であり，導入の敷居を上げている．また，基幹業務に直結する業務を無線化するため，問題発生時の切り分けは相応な技術力が求められる．しかし，一般企業に所属する技術者には運用 / 管理の面で抵抗感のあるシステムとなっており，運用 / 管理面ではマーケットインが遅れている．これは，専門技術者の多い通信事業者向けの製品開発を主としていたメーカが多い事と，機能開発 / 改善を優先している影響でもある．本件では，そのようなギャップの中で生まれた運用中のトラブルや，それを補う運用 / 管理の仕組みや取り組みについて紹介する．

• 論文抄録(英) / 内容記述: Local 5G has been institutionalized by law in 2019(initially using mmWave) and various demonstration experiments were conducted. Since then, Local5G had experienced Trough of Disillusionment due to cost and quality, but it has entered Slope of Enlightenment, therefore companies considering Local5G implementation are increasing. The reason why Local5G has entered Slope of enlightenment is that the necessity for DX adoption has become apparent due to human resource shortage or any other factors, so companies are expected Local5G as a wireless infrastructure to support them. On the other hand, mobile communications are more complex than other wireless technologies and must be operated in compliance with laws and regulations, raising hurdles to their introduction. In addition, the use of wireless for operations directly related to mission-critical tasks requires appropriate technical skills to investigate the cause of network problems when they occur. However, the system has become resistant to general IT system engineers in terms of operation and management, and market inroads have not been made in those fields. Part of this is because manufacturers primarily develop products for telecommunications carriers, which have specialized engineers, or prioritize functional development and improvement. This case study will introduce the troubles during operation that emerged from such gaps, as well as the operation and management structure and efforts to compensate for them.
