• 論文抄録 / 内容記述: IT 化が進んだ現代社会において，IT は企業活動や市民生活に必要不可欠なものとなっている．今後もさらに利用範囲の拡大が予想され，IT システムの監査を行う人材は不足すると考える．この問題を解決するために，より多くの人にシステム監査を知って貰う必要がある．しかし，多くの大学生は監査について知る機会がなく，監査のことを知らないか，誤った認識を持っている．正しい認識を持ってもらうためには，認識のギャップを起こす原因を明らかにし，ギャップを生まないようなコンテンツが必要である．本論文では，ターゲットを大学生とし，システム監査人との議論や専門書での学習を通して作成した人材育成のためのコンテンツと，その有効性について述べる．

• 論文抄録(英) / 内容記述: IT systems have become indispensable in business activities of company and are expected to further expand the scope of their use in the future. Thus, we predict there will be a lack of information system auditor to audit IT systems in Japan. To solve this problem, it is necessary to make more people (especially, young people who will be information system auditor in the future) aware of system auditing. However, many young people, like university students do not have opportunity to learn about systems audit, and are either unaware or misinformed about systems audit. In order to make young people understand correct information about systems audit, we need to know gaps of knowledges between university students and information systems auditor. This paper describes we analyzed gaps between university students and systems auditor through discussions with system auditors and learning from books of system audits, and created materials based on the gaps for human resource development. And then, we considered about results that system auditor and university students evaluated the materials.
