• 論文抄録 / 内容記述: 研究データの管理・利活用は，2021 年 3 月 26 日に閣議決定された第 6 期科学技術・イノベーション基本計画において，信頼性のある研究データの適切な管理・利活用の促進のための環境整備が求められており，「公的資金による研究データの管理・利活用に関する基本的な考え方」において，研究データを適切かつ効率的に管理・利活用するためクラウド上で研究データの管理・公開・検索を促進するシステムを中心とした研究データ基盤することが効果的とされている．医学研究においては，研究データの品質向上の必要性がより一層高まっており，研究促進と研究不正防止が強く求められている．本研究では，学認に参加することができない自治体や民間企業に所属する研究者向けに提供する IdP である Orthros（オルトロス）を利用するために，国立試験機関にて事例を想定した汎用的なアカウント運用ポリシー案に基づいて，自施設にて管理運用するためのアカウントポリシーの策定状況を紹介する．大学医学部や医療機関に適用可能か，研究データ管理基盤 GakuNin RDM (GRDM) の運用にどのような影響が出るのかを評価している段階である．

• 論文抄録(英) / 内容記述: The management and utilization of research data were addressed in the 6th Basic Plan for Science, Technology, and Innovation, which was decided by the Cabinet on March 26, 2021. The plan calls for the establishment of an environment to promote the proper management and utilization of reliable research data. In the "Basic Principles on the Management and Utilization of Research Data Funded by Public Money," it is considered effective to centralize the management, publication, and search of research data on the cloud as part of creating a research data infrastructure for the appropriate and efficient management and utilization of research data. In medical research, there is an increasing need for improving the quality of research data, with a strong demand for the promotion of research and prevention of research misconduct. This study introduces the account policy development situation for managing and operating accounts at one's facility, based on a generic account operation policy proposal in a hypothetical scenario at a national testing institution, for researchers affiliated with local governments or private companies who cannot participate in GakuNin, using Orthros (an Identity Provider, IdP). It is currently evaluating whether this can be applied to university medical faculties and medical institutions and what impact it would have on the operation of the research data management infrastructure GakuNin RDM.
