日本において，道路維持管理における技術者不足が深刻な問題となっている．加えて，高度経済成長期に建設された道路インフラの老朽化が一斉に進んでおり，道路維持管理の自動化が求められている．本研究では，深層学習ベースの物体検出モデルである YOLO を用いて路面損傷検出モデルを作成する．その後，モデルと車載カメラ映像を用いた大規模な路面損傷の検出方法を提案し，精度の検証および考察を行う． |

In Japan, the shortage of engineers for road maintenance and management is a serious problem. In addition, road infrastructure built during Japan's rapid economic growth period is aging at a rapid pace, and there is a need to automate road maintenance management. In this study, a road damage detection model is created using YOLO, a deep learning-based object detection model. We then propose a large-scale road damage detection method using the model and in-vehicle camera images, validate its accuracy, and discuss the results. |
