• 論文抄録 / 内容記述: 近年，諸外国から農作物の安全性の証明が求められている．農作物の安全性を証明する認証規格のひとつに GAP がある．GAP 取得のためには 1 日の作業記録や，農薬，圃場状態の検査，労働者のリスク管理の記録が求められるがそれには多大な工数がかかる．この背景には欧州に起源のある GAP は環境保全を始めとするリスク評価をもとに作られたものであることが言えるが，その考え方は日本の農家に馴染みのあるものではない．そのため，日本においては GAP の意義を理解できずに GAP 取得を断念してしまう現状がある．農家が GAP の意義を学び，それに基づいて営農指針を立てるには営農指導員の指導が欠かせないが，その数が足りていない．そこで本研究では営農指導員の指導の効率化を目的とする．効率化のため，「注力して指導すべき農家グループ」を UX デザイン手法から作成されたアンケートを用いて抽出し，そこに営農指導員のリソースを集中させることを提案する．

• 論文抄録(英) / 内容記述: In recent years, there have been demands from other countries for certification of the safety of agricultural products. One of the certification standards for proving agricultural safety is GAP, which requires daily work records, inspections of pesticides and field conditions, and records of worker risk management, which require a great deal of man-hours. This is due to the fact that GAP, which originated in Europe, is based on risk assessment, including environmental conservation, an approach not familiar to Japanese farmers. Therefore, there is a current situation in Japan where farmers are unable to understand the significance of GAP and give up on acquiring GAP. Farmers need the guidance of farm advisors to learn the significance of GAP and to establish farming guidelines based on it, but there are not enough of them. Therefore, the objective of this study is to improve the efficiency of farm advisors' guidance. In order to improve efficiency, we propose to identify "groups of farmers to be guided by focusing on" using a questionnaire developed based on the UX design method, and to concentrate the resources of farm advisors on these groups.
