| 内容記述 | 近年，デジタルトランスフォーメーション (DX) が様々な分野において進められている．そのなかでも，メタバース・アバターの活用を行って行政 DX を行うことを模索している公共セクター，特に地方公共団体が出てきている．すなわち，メタバース・アバターといった新しい技術を活用して行政サービスを改善し，可能な範囲で効率化することを行っている．本論考においては，2023 年現在においてメタバースとアバターを活用している東京都町田市，三重県明和町，その他の都市における活用例を検討し，その具体的な活用の現状と課題に関する検討と分析を行う． | |||||||||

Within this scope, the public sector, particularly local public entities, has been exploring the implementation of administrative DX through the utilization of metaverse avatars. In essence, these entities are leveraging emerging technologies like metaverse avatars to enhance administrative services and achieve efficiency within feasible limits. This study examines the current state and specific examples of metaverse and avatar utilization in 2023, focusing on Tokyo's Machida City, Mie Prefecture's Meiwa Town, among other municipalities. It delves into a detailed examination and analysis of the actual usage, current status, and challenges associated with these implementations." | |||||||||
