• 論文抄録 / 内容記述: 近年，サイバー攻撃は複雑化･巧妙化しており，組織では攻撃への対策を講ずることのできるセキュリティ人材の確保が急務となっている．しかし，実務的なセキュリティ対策を講ずる人材やプラス･セキュリティ人材の不足が問題となっている．これらの人材の育成には，サイバー攻撃とその対処などを経験できるサイバー演習が有効である．サイバー演習では，一般的にこれまで受講者に焦点があたっていたが，筆者らは，育成者に焦点をあて，サイバー演習を考察する．育成者は現状，サイバー演習準備に多くの知識や作業が必要であるため，実施のできる人材が限られている．本論文では，育成者の負担を軽減し，育成者を増やすことを目的に，サイバー演習の準備作業の全体像を考察し，サイバー演習基盤を用いた効率的な演習方法の提案をする．

• 論文抄録(英) / 内容記述: Cyber attacks have become increasingly complex in recent years. Therefore, organizations need to cyber security personnel as soon as possible. However, there is a shortage of security personnel who can take practical security measures and plus security personnel. Cyber range, which allow participants to experience actual cyber attacks, are effective in building these personnel. In cyber range, participants have generally been the focus of attention, but the authors examine cyber range with a focus on the instructors. Because preparing for a cyber range requires a lot of knowledge and work, the number of people who can conduct a cyber range is limited. This paper examines the entire process of preparing for a cyber range with the aim of reducing the burden on instructors and increasing the number of instructors. Furthermore, the authors propose an efficient exercise method using the cyber range infrastructure.
