• 論文抄録 / 内容記述: 国内の自然公園は国および地方自治体の財源で維持管理が行われているが，アメリカでは NGO や民間団体の寄付も多く，フランスでは公園収入で維持管理費用の 8.2% を補っている．国内の過疎地域にある自然公園は，優美な景観を有しつつも殆ど利用されずに廃れたり，局所的なプロモーションによって一度に大勢の人が押し寄せて景観が損なわれたりしている．観光客数を動的価格設定によって調整することに成功しているテーマパークもあるが，無料で利用できる自然公園にこの手法は適さない．寄付を募っている自然公園もあるが，観光客数の調整を直接の目的としていない．そこで我々は，寄付に応じたリターンを観光客へ提供して行動変容を促すシステムを提案する．実験によって，観光客数を調整できる可能性を確認した．観光客が自然公園を継続的に訪れるようにすることで，周辺地域を含めた持続可能化に貢献する．

• 論文抄録(英) / 内容記述: While domestic natural parks are maintained and managed by the national and local governments' financial resources, in the U.S., NGOs and private organizations also contribute a lot, and in France, park income compensates for 8.2% of the maintenance costs. Natural parks in underpopulated areas in Japan have beautiful landscapes that have fallen into disrepair due to little use or have been damaged by the influx of large numbers of people at once due to localized promotion. Some theme parks have succeeded in adjusting the number of tourists by dynamic pricing, but this approach is not suitable for nature parks that are open to the public free of charge. Some nature parks collect donations, but this is not directly aimed at regulating the number of tourists. Therefore, we propose a system that encourages behavioral change by offering a return to tourists in return for their donations. Through experiments, we confirmed the possibility of adjusting the number of tourists. The system will contribute to the sustainability of the surrounding area by encouraging tourists to continue to visit the nature park.
