近年，地方自治体における住民の地域への参加意識を高める活動がある (シビックプライドの醸成)．本研究では，ある自治体の住民アンケート結果を活用として，多変量解析や機械学習を用いて住民意識の向上に繋がる潜在的な「新住民価値」を掘り起こすモデルを構築した．当該モデルにより導出した「新住民価値」に関して，アンケートの追加設問により住民意識の高さを認め，ある一定の評価を得た．本論文では，当該「新住民価値」発掘モデルを明らかにし，本モデルよる上記解析の評価結果と，「新住民価値」発掘に関するモデルの課題を明確にするとともに，導出する「新住民価値」からの自治体施策の提案アプローチについて言及する． |

Recently, there have been activities to increase residents' sense of participation in the community in local governments (fostering civic pride). In this study, using the results of a questionnaire survey of local government residents as a case study, we constructed a model to identify potential "new resident values" that could lead to increased awareness of local residents using multivariate analysis and machine learning. The model was able to obtain a certain level of evaluation of the "new resident value" by asking additional questions in the questionnaire. This paper clarifies the model for discovering "new resident values," the evaluation results of the above analysis based on this model, clarifies issues related to the model for discovering "new resident values," and describes an approach for proposing municipal policies based on the "new resident values" derived from the model. |
