• 論文抄録 / 内容記述: サイバーセキュリティ向上に向けた施策の一つとして，「ナッジ」の活用が考えられる．ナッジとは，人々の行動の選択を禁じることも，経済的なインセンティブを大きく変えることもなく，人々の行動を予測可能な形で変えるデザイン（選択アーキテクチャ）のことで，サイバーセキュリティの分野においては，主に内部不正やヒューマンエラー対策を想定したナッジの導入事例等はあるが，多くは標的型攻撃対策やメール誤送信対策等への導入であり，限定的．各社試行錯誤している段階である．本稿では具体的にサイバーセキュリティ向上に向けてナッジを適用させる際のアプローチや課題について考察する．

• 論文抄録(英) / 内容記述: One possible measure to improve cybersecurity is the use of "Nudge". Nudge is designed (choice architectures) that change people's behavior in a predictable manner without forbidding them to choose their behavior or significantly changing their economic incentives. In the field of cybersecurity, the introduction of nudges has been limited, mainly to countermeasures against internal fraud and human error. Each company is still in the trial-and-error stage. This paper discusses approaches and issues in applying nudges to improve cyber security.
