• 論文抄録 / 内容記述: 公的機関において，ウェブサイトの運用にかかわるウェブアクセシビリティ方針の策定とウェブアクセシビリティにかかわる取り組みについての年次試験結果の公開が進んでいる．その 2019 年時点での現況は，ウェブアクセシビリティ基盤委員会が都道府県と政令指定都市について調査し，その結果を公表している．その後の 2022 年 4 月時点での現況は，本田 (2022)「自治体におけるウェブアクセシビリティ方針策定と年次試験結果の公開」で明らかにされており，全ての都道府県と政令指定都市で方針が公開され，年次試験結果は都道府県のうち 44 団体で，政令指定都市のうち 19 団体で，その公開がなされていた．全国の市については，本田 (2023)「日本の市におけるウェブアクセシビリティ方針策定と年次試験結果の公開」において，2023 年 4 月時点での現況が明らかにされている．本研究は，ウェブアクセシビリティ基盤委員会や本田 (2022・2023) では明らかにされなかった日本の村におけるウェブアクセシビリティ方針の策定とウェブアクセシビリティにかかわる年次試験結果の公開の現況を調査するものである．

• 論文抄録(英) / 内容記述: Public administrations are making progress in formulating web accessibility policies related to website operation and publishing annual test results on initiatives related to web accessibility. As for the current situation as of 2019, the Web Accessibility Infrastructure Committee surveyed prefectures and ordinance-designated cities and published the results. After that, the current situation as of April 2022 was clarified in Honda (2022) "Formulation of web accessibility policy in local government and disclosure of annual test results", and the policy has been released in all prefectures and ordinance-designated cities. The results of the annual examination were made public by 44 institutions in the prefectures and by 19 institutions in the ordinance-designated cities. Honda (2023), "Formulation of web accessibility policies and publication of annual test results in Japanese cities" clarifies the current situation as of April 2023 for cities nationwide. This research investigates the current status of the formulation of web accessibility policies and the publication of annual test results related to web accessibility in Japanese villages, which was not clarified by the Web Accessibility Fundamental Committee and Honda (2022-2023).
